Every two weeks, I used to make a bunch of jar salads, give them away to friends, then 3x/week I’d get a delicious jar salad in return. I can’t tell you how much I loved this arrangement!

Jar Salad

Jar Salads are perfect for swapping with neighbors or sticking in the fridge for a snack later. This is one of my favorites!

Ingredients
  

  • napa cabbage
  • purple cabbage
  • matchstick carrots
  • mandarin oranges
  • green onions
  • cilantro
  • yellow bell pepper
  • cucumber
  • butter lettuce
  • shredded chicken
  • cashews
  • wonton strips
  • Girard's Chinese chicken salad dressing

Method
 

  1. Chop and combine ingredients in the jar!
  2. ENJOY!
