Trying something new with my salmon and I’m just winging it tonight. I loved it with jasmine rice and cucumber salad. I have leftovers too so I’m excited to have this for lunch tomorrow!

Maple Garlic Salmon

This salmon glaze is a game changer! Enjoy!

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of wild-caught salmon
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Lemon juice or a packet of crystallized lemon if you don’t have a fresh lemon

Instructions

  • Combine sauce ingredients and mix together.
  • Pour it over a fillet of salmon and spread evenly. Roast at 400° F for 15 minutes.
