Trying something new with my salmon and I’m just winging it tonight. I loved it with jasmine rice and cucumber salad. I have leftovers too so I’m excited to have this for lunch tomorrow!
Trying something new with my salmon and I’m just winging it tonight. I loved it with jasmine rice and cucumber salad. I have leftovers too so I’m excited to have this for lunch tomorrow!
Ingredients
- 1 fillet of wild-caught salmon
- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Lemon juice or a packet of crystallized lemon if you don’t have a fresh lemon
Instructions
- Combine sauce ingredients and mix together.
- Pour it over a fillet of salmon and spread evenly. Roast at 400° F for 15 minutes.
