It’s light and refreshing and can pass for a healthy side or as an alternative to dessert. The dressing upgrades the basic bowl of fruit and makes it even more fantastic and tasty!

It’s light and refreshing and can pass for a healthy side or as an alternative to dessert. The dressing upgrades the basic bowl of fruit and makes it even more fantastic and tasty!
Any fruit or berries will do. But I like to use:
- Cubed Pineapple
- Halved seedless grapes
- Diced apples
- Cutie orange, or canned mandarin oranges
- Blueberries
- Pomegranate seeds (especially in the wintertime!)
- Sliced Kiwi
Other fruit ideas are sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, mangos, peaches, cantaloupe, blackberries, or raspberries.

Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped fruit
- 2 T honey
- juice of one lime
- zest of one lime
- 6-10 mint leaves rolled up and chopped into small little ribbons
Instructions
- Add fruit to a large bowl. All fruit besides apples and bananas can be cut ahead of time if need be. Just cover and refrigerate until ready to use.In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and pour over the fruit.Serve immediately.
