It’s called- chop up everything in your fridge and throw it on some greens. Boom! It’s a salad! I don’t overthink the dressing- I just drizzle on some avocado oil (or olive oil), some balsamic glaze, salt and pepper. It’s divine! Enjoy!

Spinach Berry Salad

Just a whole lot of good stuff on a bed of greens. Topped with avocado oil and balsamic dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • Handful of spinach
  • Chicken cooked a diced
  • Cucumbers sliced
  • Carrots chopped
  • Rasberries
  • Blueberries
  • Avocado sliced
  • Pickled red onions
  • Pecans candied or not
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • Avocado oil or olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Throw it all together and enjoy!
