I love, love, love this pizza! So much flavor and crunch from the peanuts. Not to mention it’s done in less than 15 minutes!!! 🙌🏻Easiest pizza ever! This recipe is enough for 3 pita pizza’s.
Variation 02/2022: When I made them tonight I skipped the red onion, bell pepper and peanuts and instead added a pile of chopped carrots and a sprinkle of garlic salt to the top. Then when they came out of the oven I added a drizzle of sour cream, chopped cilantro and green onions. YUM!
Honestly so good, and so easy! And it fed my entire family for about $11 which is pretty rad.
Thai Chicken Pita Pizza

If you’ve never tried this Thai Chicken Pizza, it’s time to branch out! Peanutty, savory, and sweet with a little crunch. Yes please. Plus so quick and easy!
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
PIZZA TOPPINGS:
- Cooked chicken, diced
- Grated cheese
- Sliced red bell pepper
- Sliced red onion
PIZZA GARNISH:
- Cilantro
- Sweet Chili Sauce (carried by most grocery stores)
- Peanuts
DIRECTIONS:

Mix sauce Ingredients together and divide equally between 3 pita’s. Spread sauce on each pita.

Assemble pita’s with chicken, cheese, onion, and red bell pepper.

Bake at 450° F degrees for 6-8 minutes.

Remove from oven and garnish with cilantro, peanuts and sweet chili sauce. Cut in 4ths and enjoy!
