I demonstrated my favorite steak marinade the other day and kind of left you guys hanging with the recipe. (Sorry!) It’s pretty simple and I think it makes the most flavorful grilled steak (or chicken!).

I demonstrated my favorite steak marinade the other day and kind of left you guys hanging with the recipe. (Sorry!) It’s pretty simple and I think it makes the most flavorful grilled steak (or chicken!).

 

 

The Favorite Steak Marinade

You will love this steak marinade. Great with chicken too!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 T granulated garlic
  • 2 T dried parsely
  • 3 T dried basil

Instructions

  • Blend or whisk together and pour into an airtight bag or bowl of uncooked steak. I like using tri-tip steak because it always seems to be pretty foolproof for grilling and it is a great value.
  • Marinate the steak for 2-8 hours and then grill.
