Maybe the easiest meal ever! (Thanks Costco!)  This Tortellini Chicken Caesar Salad is an idea I found years ago from @la.lu.bru (IG handle) and it is GENIUS. As long as you have the ingredients on hand, it takes only 10 minutes to cook the pasta, cut the chicken, and throw it together!!! Ten minutes, people! 🙌🏻

This Tortellini Chicken Caesar Salad is an idea I found years ago from @la.lu.bru (IG handle) and it is GENIUS. As long as you have the ingredients on hand, it takes only 10 minutes to cook the pasta, cut the chicken, and throw it together!!! Ten minutes, people! 🙌🏻

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
*A Rotisserie Chicken, chopped into bite-sized pieces. 
*A Caesar Salad bag mix (I use 2/3 of the lettuce, all of the dressing and none of the croutons from my large Costco bag)
*Cheese Tortellini (however much you want) 
*Chopped Tomatoes 

Cook the pasta. Cut the chicken. Add everything you want to a giant bowl and mix together. Enjoy!
